Republic Services, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician B to perform repairs and preventive maintenance on diesel and non-diesel equipment, including chassis, refuse bodies, hydraulic and electrical systems, brakes, HVAC, and drivetrains.

You will support our fleet on-site and on the road with a focus on reliability and safety. The role offers hands-on training with state-of-the-art equipment, a clear career path, and competitive wages and benefits.

Qualifications

• Ability to diagnose multi-system issues and demonstrate technical expertise.
• Basic understanding of work order labor time standards.
• 3-5 Years of technician experience in relevant equipment.
• ASE Certifications (T1-T8) are a plus; CDL is a plus but not required.

Responsabilités

• Perform preventive and repair maintenance on diesel and non-diesel trucks and equipment.
• Repair chassis components, refuse bodies and hydraulic/electrical systems.
• Maintain brakes, suspension, drive train, steering and HVAC systems.
• Safely provide road service when necessary and identify malfunctions with tools.
