Responsibilities include entering and verifying information, generating reports, organizing files, and providing administrative support as needed. Strong Excel and MS Office skills are essential.

About This Role

PAR Electrical Contractors, LLC is seeking a skilled and dependable Fleet Data Administrator to support our construction and utility operations. The Fleet Data Administrator plays a critical role and will primarily focus on managing and maintaining accurate and organized information within PAR’s databases. This involves accurately entering, updating, and verifying data, as well as ensuring its security and confidentiality. They may also assist with creating reports, organizing files, and providing administrative support as needed.

• Primarily data entry into our fleet database
• Create and/or generate reports and tracking documents
• Review, for completeness and accuracy, data, documents, spreadsheets, financials, reports, placemats, scorecards, etc. Errors, formatting issues, and the like, to be resolved before publishing or posting
• Ticket Screening
• Some outbound telephone work
• Support Service Center Representatives as needed
• Develop and maintain processes and procedures (step by step, workflow charts, etc.)
• All other duties assigned
