World Group is hiring a Fleet Coordinator for our Columbus, OH terminal. You will serve as the liaison between terminal operations and customer facing teams, ensuring smooth freight movement and a high-quality customer experience.

Responsibilities include handling quotes, orders, shipment updates, and timely communication. We value organization, proactive problem solving, and strong written and verbal skills in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• College Degree preferred.
• 1+ year trucking industry experience preferred.
• Highly organized with strong communication skills.
• Thrives in fast-paced environment with high email/phone/messaging volume.
• Computer skills: Microsoft Office Suite, familiarity with Transportation Management Systems.

Responsibilities

• Communicate quote rates and service capabilities.
• Process orders as they arrive.
• Provide shipment status and options for service improvements.
• Gather feedback and identify trends to improve the customer experience.
• Enter time-sensitive order information into computer systems.
• Respond to questions quickly to exceed expectations.
• Ensure customer location and contact information is up to date.
