Ideal candidates are highly organized with excellent communication skills, experienced in fast-paced environments, and proficient with Microsoft Office and transportation management systems. Join a team dedicated to reliable, end-to-end logistics support.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• College degree preferred.
• 1+ year trucking industry experience preferred.
• Highly organized with strong communication skills.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with heavy email/phone/messaging volume.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Transportation Management Systems.

Responsibilities

• Communicate quote rates and service capabilities.
• Process orders as they arrive.
• Provide shipment status updates and alternatives.
• Gather feedback and identify trends to improve customer experience.
• Enter time-sensitive order information into systems.
• Answer questions promptly and exceed customer expectations.
• Keep customer location and contact data up to date in systems.
• Perform other duties as requested.
