ContainerPort Group (CPG), a World Group company, is seeking a Fleet Coordinator for our Columbus, OH terminal. You will act as the liaison between terminal operations and customer-facing teams, coordinating local operations and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

The role emphasizes building relationships with warehouses/vendors, processing orders, and communicating service capabilities. A high school diploma is required, with a preferred college degree and trucking experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• College degree preferred.
• 1+ year trucking industry experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Transportation Management Systems.

Responsibilities

• Communicate quote rates and service capabilities.
• Process incoming orders promptly.
• Provide shipment status updates and alternative solutions.
• Update time-sensitive order information in computer systems.
• Support fleet operations and improve customer experience.
• Maintain accurate customer locations and contacts in the system.
