World Group is seeking a Fleet Coordinator for our Columbus, OH terminal to manage local customer relationships and support operations. You will act as the liaison between terminal operations and customer-facing teams to ensure smooth service.

The role emphasizes proactive communication, accurate data entry, and timely responses. Knowledge of trucking operations and MS Office is preferred, with opportunities for career advancement within our growing logistics network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• College degree preferred.
• 1+ year trucking industry experience preferred.
• Organized with strong communication skills.
• Able to manage high volumes of email/phone/messaging.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and TMS.

Responsibilities

• Communicating quote rates and service capabilities.
• Processing orders as they arrive.
• Providing shipment status and delivery times; suggesting alternatives when needed.
• Gathering feedback and identifying trends to improve the customer experience.
• Entering time-sensitive order information into computer systems.
• Responding quickly to questions to exceed customer expectations.
• Keeping customer location and contact info up to date in systems.
• Performing other duties as requested.
