Barry Isett & Associates is seeking a Fleet Coordinator Assistant to join the Facilities team in the Lehigh Valley office. You will coordinate vehicle assignments, maintenance schedules, and documentation, with frequent interaction across associates and on-site fleet access.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple operational tasks efficiently. This full-time, on-site role runs Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage a variety of operational tasks efficiently. Due to the hands-on nature of the role, including frequent interaction with associates and access to fleet vehicles, this position is fully on-site and scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
