Job summary

Kids for the Future in Deer Park, TX seeks a Fleet Manager to coordinate with field managers and leadership to ensure FMCSA compliance and oversee the company’s GPS/Samsara program.

You will monitor gateway health, conduct audits at facilities for FMCSA driver files and equipment, and provide weekly reports to operations. Travel is expected.

Preferred qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED and at least 5 years of FMCSA experience; Samsara knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure fleet compliance with FMCSA regulations.
• Manage Samsara program. Ensuring gateway installed and maintained on fleet and other equipment; monitor Samsara daily for fleet and driver safety and compliance.
• Coordinate with Operations to ensure fleet compliance and gateway health of Samsara units.
• Conduct audits at facility locations for compliance with FMCSA driver files and equipment.
• Keep Senior Leadership informed of fleet and Samsara compliance.
• Provide weekly report to operations regarding fleet and driver compliance.
