Job summary

NOW Courier is seeking a Fleet Safety and Compliance Manager to develop and oversee comprehensive safety, compliance, and risk programs across the organization. You will ensure FMCSA, DOT, OSHA and applicable regulations are met and promote a culture of safety across drivers, fleet and facilities.

You will lead audits, CSA score management, driver safety training, ELD/telematics oversight, and risk mitigation initiatives to reduce incidents and protect people and assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Safety Management, Logistics, Transportation Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of related experience and/or training (preferred).
• CSP or CDS certification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee safety, compliance, and risk management programs.
• Ensure FMCSA/DOT/OSHA compliance across the organization.
• Lead safety training programs and drive a culture of safety.
• Manage driver safety programs, ELDs, telematics, and safety analytics.
• Oversee audits, CSA scores, and DOT inspections.
• Lead accident investigations and root cause analysis.
