Job summary

Kids for the Future in Deer Park, TX seeks a Fleet Manager to coordinate with field managers and leadership to ensure FMCSA compliance and oversee the company’s GPS/Samsara program.

You will monitor gateway health, conduct audits at facilities for FMCSA driver files and equipment, and provide weekly reports to operations. Travel is expected.

Preferred qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED and at least 5 years of FMCSA experience; Samsara knowledge is a plus.

• Keep Senior Leadership informed of fleet and Samsara compliance.
• Provide weekly report to operations regarding fleet and driver compliance.

SUMMARY

The Fleet Manager will coordinate with field managers and leadership to ensure fleet compliance mandated by FMCSA and manage the companies GPS tracking program.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

POSITION REQUIREMENTS & DEMANDS

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

POSITION TYPE & EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK

This is a full-time position. This position may be required to work beyond a 40 hour work week.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

Travel is expected for this position.
