Job summary

NOW Courier is seeking a Fleet Safety and Compliance Manager to develop, implement, and oversee safety, compliance, and risk programs across our operations. You will lead FMCSA/DOT/OSHA compliance, drive safety training, incident investigations, and data-driven improvements, while partnering with operations, maintenance, and HR.

This on-site role requires a Bachelor’s degree and CSP/CDS certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Safety Management, Logistics, Transportation Management, or related field; 7 years of related experience and/or training.
• Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Certified Director Safety (CDS) certification is desired.
• Prior experience in transportation, logistics, or courier industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee safety, compliance, and risk management programs.
• Ensure FMCSA, DOT, OSHA and other regulations are met across the organization.
• Lead safety training programs including new hire orientation and ongoing safety education.
• Monitor safety KPIs and drive data-driven improvements.
• Oversee ELDs, telematics, dash cameras, and compliance software.
• Lead accident investigations and root cause analyses.
