Ideal candidates bring 8–10+ years in fleet, asset management, or logistics strategy, with strong skills in Power BI and Excel, and a proven ability to lead change across multi-site operations.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in fleet, asset management, or logistics strategy roles.
• Experience implementing fleet systems and digital transformation initiatives.
• Proven governance or multi-site leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop a centralised fleet governance framework across all locations.
• Enforce compliance with road traffic legislation, licensing, vehicle standards, insurance and internal policies.
• Implement standardised fleet policies, SOPs and controls across stores.
• Conduct desktop fleet audits to assess compliance and identify gaps.
• Establish a single source of fleet data and real-time visibility of asset status, licensing, utilisation and maintenance.
• Create standardised dashboards for executive and operational leadership.
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations for stores and leadership.
• Lead fleet optimisation initiatives including asset standardisation, right-sizing and replacement cycles.
