Job summary

Future Ford of Clovis is seeking an experienced Fleet Sales Associate to grow commercial and fleet business in the Central Valley. Develop accounts, build lasting relationships with business owners, municipalities, and leasing companies.

This role offers a base hourly pay of $16.90, plus aggressive commission, with total monthly earnings commonly $14,000 to $20,000+, plus benefits and advancement opportunities within Future Automotive Group.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Fleet and Commercial Sales experience.
• Proven track record of developing commercial accounts and generating new business.
• Strong networking, prospecting, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow commercial and fleet business throughout the Central Valley.
• Prospect, network, and cultivate new commercial accounts.
• Build long-term relationships with business owners, municipalities, leasing companies, and commercial customers.
• Coordinate fleet orders, vehicle specifications, deliveries, and follow-up.
• Maintain exceptional customer service before, during, and after each sale.
• Manage customer accounts while identifying opportunities for future business.
• Stay current on manufacturer fleet programs and incentives.
• Meet and exceed sales goals while representing Future Ford of Clovis with professionalism and integrity.

Pay Scale: Base hourly rate of $16.90, plus aggressive commission opportunities based on individual performance and overall results.

Our Fleet Sales Associates commonly earn between $14,000 and $20,000+ per month, and that’s on average! This doesn’t include big sale months!

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of Fleet and Commercial Sales experience
• Proven track record of developing commercial accounts and generating new business
• Strong networking, prospecting, and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Strong customer service focus
• Valid California Driver's License with an acceptable driving record
• Valid California Vehicle Salesperson License
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
