Future Ford Lincoln of Roseville is hiring motivated Retail Sales Representatives to join a fast-growing, family-owned dealer group in Northern California. You’ll greet customers, present vehicles, and guide buyers through the purchase process.

We offer professional sales training, a base hourly rate of $16.90 plus commissions, strong earning potential, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k) and paid time off.

Pay Scale

Base hourly rate of $16.90, plus substantial commission opportunities based on performance and other factors.

Most Sales Representatives earn between $5,00 and $12,000 per month, with higher earnings during peak and record-breaking sales periods.
