Job summary

Cox Fleet in the United States (NJ/Trenton area) is hiring a Fleet Services & Billing Specialist to support billing and service scheduling across markets. You will interact with customers, process maintenance transactions, and ensure accurate documentation in Cox Fleet systems.

You will collaborate with Field Operations to schedule technicians, obtain customer approvals, and drive a steady pipeline of work while delivering excellent service. The role offers hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams.
• Strong organizational skills and task balancing.
• Proficient in Excel and data entry; learn new platforms quickly.
• Experience with fleet maintenance or transportation is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assist billing process across markets.
• Manage lifecycle of maintenance transactions from origination to custody.
• Document customer interactions accurately in Cox Fleet systems.
• Provide excellent service for internal and external customers.
• Obtain customer approvals for repairs and services.
• Schedule preventative maintenance to drive repeat business.
• Coordinate with Field Operations to assign technicians.
• Encourage proactive scheduling to maintain workflow.
• Support dispatching and service scheduling improvements.
• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
