Ryder System, Inc. is seeking an Asset Management Business Partner to drive life-cycle performance of assets across the BU. You will oversee fleet management, profitability analyses, and vehicle performance, coordinating asset processes with sales, rental, maintenance and other functions.

The role reports to the Director of Asset Management. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in rental/operations, strong analytical skills, and proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• 5+ years of experience in Rental, Operations or related industry.

Responsabilités

• Fleet management and asset performance analysis within assigned area.
• Lead asset reviews and asset calls with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate with Sales, Rental, Maintenance, SCS and RVS functions.
• Manage NYE, term-out units and redeployment of assets.
• Provide training and mentoring to Rental organization.
