Ryder System, Inc. seeks an experienced Asset Management Business Partner to drive lifecycle performance for a large fleet across the BU.

You will oversee fleet management, product line analysis, margin performance and profitability of customers and locations, reporting to the Director of Asset Management. In this role you will coordinate asset processes across Sales, Rental, Maintenance, SCS, RVS and finance, lead asset reviews, and guide cross-functional teams to maximize asset value for the

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics.
• Five or more years of experience in Rental, Operations, Sales or industry related fields.

Responsabilidades

• Fleet management across assigned BU and geographic area.
• Analyze vehicle performance, profitability and margin dynamics for customers and locations.
• Lead asset calls, reviews and cross-functional initiatives with Sales, Rental, and Maintenance.
• Coordinate asset redeployments and lifecycle decisions.
• Provide direction to optimize asset utilization and depreciation planning.
