Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking an Asset Management Business Partner to own the lifecycle performance of assets across the BU. You will oversee fleet management, margin analysis, and profitability, coordinating with sales, rental, maintenance, and finance to maximize asset value.

The role reports to the Director of Asset Management and requires leading asset reviews, managing redeployment, and driving special projects while maintaining strong cross-functional relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or economics related field is required.
• Minimum five years of rental, operations, sales or similar industry experience.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities with attention to asset performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee lifecycle performance of assets across the BU and drive fleet management.
• Analyze margins, profitability by customer and location, and asset performance.
• Lead asset reviews, coordinate weekly asset calls, and drive redeployment of assets.
• Collaborate with sales, maintenance, SCS, RVS and finance on asset processes.
• Provide leadership and training to cross-functional teams to maximize asset value.
