Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks an Asset Management Business Partner to drive lifecycle performance of assets across the BU, including fleet management, margin analysis, and profitability assessment.

You will coordinate asset processes across sales, rental, maintenance, SCS, RVS, and finance, reporting to the Director of Asset Management. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics.
• Five years or more experience in Rental, Operations, Sales or industry related experience.
• Willingness to travel 20-30%.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fleet management and asset performance analysis across BU.
• Coordinate asset calls and reviews with cross-functional teams.
• Lead asset redeployment and optimization initiatives.
• Manage monthly and annual asset reviews and reporting.
