Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks an Asset Management Business Partner to own lifecycle performance for assets across the BU, including fleet, product line analysis, margin, and profitability. You will coordinate asset processes with sales, rental, maintenance, SCS, and RVS, reporting to the Director of Asset Management.

Responsibilities include leading asset reviews, managing calls, and driving improvements in asset utilization and fleet health across units and locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics.
• Five or more years of experience in Rental, Operations, Sales or industry related experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fleet performance and asset utilization across multiple functions.
• Lead asset reviews and coordinate with Sales, Rental, Maintenance, SCS, and RVS.
• Drive profitability analysis by product line and location.
• Manage asset calls, NYE/term-out units and redeployment efforts.
• Provide training and mentorship to teams on asset management processes.
