Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking an Asset Management Business Partner to oversee the lifecycle performance of assets within the BU, including fleet management, product line analysis, margin performance, and profitability across locations.

The role reports to the Director of Asset Management and requires strong cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities include leading asset reviews, coordinating asset calls, and driving deployment and redeployment of assets, while aligning with Sales, Rental,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics
• Five (5) years or more experience in Rental, Operations, Sales or industry related experience required

Responsibilities

• Fleet management and asset lifecycle analysis across the BU
• Coordinate asset management activities with Sales, Rental, Maintenance, SCS, RVS and other functions
• Lead asset reviews, weekly asset calls and special projects
• Manage depreciation, asset redeployment and performance reporting across product lines
• Support location and customer profitability analysis and fleet optimization

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics
