Ryder System, Inc. is seeking an Asset Management Business Partner to own the life-cycle performance of assets across the business unit. You will drive fleet management, analyze product lines and margins, and coordinate profitability insights for customers and locations.

Reports to the Director of Asset Management and collaborates across Sales, Rental, Maintenance, SCS, and RVS to maximize asset ROA. The role requires leadership across functions, strong analytical skills, and the ability to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics.
• Five (5) years or more experience in Rental, Operations, Sales or industry related experience required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee fleet life-cycle management and asset performance within assigned BU.
• Coordinate with Sales, Rental, Maintenance, SCS, RVS and finance to optimize asset deployment.
• Lead asset reviews, weekly asset calls, and special projects to improve ROA.
• Monitor profitability by customer and location; analyze margins and vehicle performance.
• Ensure asset processes align across all functional areas and drive data-driven decisions.
