Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking an Asset Management Business Partner to oversee lifecycle performance for over 188,000 assets and a $6.8 billion asset base.

You will lead MS asset analyses, drive profitability by location and product line, and coordinate across Sales, Rental, Maintenance, SCS, and RVS functions to maximize asset value. The role reports to the Director of Asset Management and requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to influence multiple teams while delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics.
• Five or more years of experience in Rental, Operations, Sales or industry related experience.
• Strong analytical and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Fleet management across assigned area, including performance analysis and profitability tracking.
• Coordinate with Sales, Rental, Maintenance, SCS, RVS and other functions to optimize asset utilization.
• Lead asset calls/reviews, manage NYE/term-out units and redeploy under-performing assets across product lines.
• Monitor depreciation, lifecycle metrics and performance reporting for fleet assets.
• Provide training and mentorship to Rental organization and drive cross-functional collaboration.
