Ryder System, Inc. seeks an Asset Management Business Partner responsible for the lifecycle performance of assets across the business unit.

The role covers fleet management, margin and location profitability, and vehicle performance analysis, reporting to the Director of Asset Management. You will coordinate closely with Sales, Rental, Maintenance, SCS, RVS, and Finance to optimize asset deployment and financial results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent.
• Five+ years of experience in Rental, Operations, Sales or industry-related roles.
• Willingness to travel 20-30% of time.

Responsabilités

• Fleet Management, product line analysis, margin performance, customer and location profitability, and vehicle performance analysis.
• Coordinate with Sales, Rental, Maintenance, SCS, RVS and other functions to maximize asset utilization.
• Lead asset reviews, weekly asset calls and deployment of assets across locations.
• Oversee asset calls, BU asset reviews and special projects.
• Provide training and mentorship to Rental organization.
