Job summary

Agostino Utilities is seeking a full-time Fleet Administrator to support vehicle assets and related administrative tasks. The role involves data entry, filing, answering calls, and reconciling fleet records to ensure accuracy and compliance.

You’ll work closely with the Fleet Manager, maintain consistent attendance, and contribute to efficient restoration and rapid response operations during emergencies and adverse weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills with Word, Excel, and Outlook; ERP experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with DOT regulations is helpful but not required.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures manuals.
• Ability to calculate figures, percentages, and perform basic Excel data analysis.
• Ability to apply common sense and carry out instructions with attention to compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Fleet Manager with tasks related to vehicle assets and processes.
• Assist with general administrative duties, data entry, filing, reception and phones as required.
• Answer internal and customer calls.
• Reconcile fleet documents and records.
• Follow up with other inter-company departments on open issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Maintain consistent, regular attendance and be ready for work at the designated start time.
