Job summary

Agostino Utilities is seeking a full-time Fleet Administrator to support fleet assets and administrative operations for rapid response and restoration services in the United States. You will assist the Fleet Manager with vehicle assets, data entry, records, and inter-department coordination.

The role requires strong computer skills, proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and good verbal/written communication. Familiarity with DOT regulations is helpful.

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills with Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret documents and report writing.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Fleet Manager with vehicle assets and processes.
• Perform general administrative duties, data entry, filing, reception and phones.
• Answer internal and customer calls.
• Reconcile fleet documents and records.
• Coordinate with inter-company departments on open issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Maintain regular attendance and be ready for work.
