Qualifications

• Proficient with Word, Excel, and Outlook; ERP experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations is helpful but not required.
• Strong time management and ability to interact with diverse teams.
• Ability to read and interpret safety, operating, and maintenance documents.
• Ability to prepare routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to perform basic math and data analysis in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist Fleet Manager with vehicle assets and processes.
• General administrative duties, data entry, filing, reception and phones.
• Answer internal and customer calls.
• Reconcile fleet documents and records.
• Coordinate with inter-company departments on issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Maintain consistent attendance and be ready for work at start time.
