Job summary

GNCO, Inc. is seeking an Account Support Manager (Exempt) to support client relationships and ensure successful delivery of fleet management services. You will manage supplier interactions, resolve issues, mentor teammates, and help optimize performance across accounts.

The role emphasizes building processes, driving cost reductions, and contributing to strategic initiatives. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential for success in this busy, cross-functional environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in account management, supplier relations, or client services, preferably B2B.
• Experience in fleet management, logistics, or material handling highly preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms such as Salesforce; familiarity with Monday.com and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Support the Account Manager in monitoring and improving client fleet operations.
• Develop and analyze reports highlighting KPIs and fleet efficiency.
• Serve as primary contact for OEMs and service suppliers; maintain relationships.
• Drive process improvements and cost-saving strategies aligned with industry best practices.
• Track tasks in Monday.com, SharePoint, and Salesforce; maintain clear meeting notes.
