Job summary

Mansfield Energy Corp. seeks an Account Manager (Customer Relationship Manager) to be the main contact for the Fleet Card product line and customer teams. You will deliver best-in-class service, manage relationships, support profitability, and coordinate onboarding and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities include relationship management, training, issue resolution, and collaboration with Sales to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for customers across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1+ years of B2B customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Fleet Card or fuel card programs preferred.
• Strong Excel/Outlook skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary interface for assigned customers and the Fleet Card product line.
• Manage customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate onboarding and work with Sales Reps to ensure seamless experiences.
• Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and billing questions in a timely manner.
• Provide training to customers and internal teams to enable self-help.
• Monitor profitability and support account-level reporting and issue resolution.
