Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems seeks an Account Services Specialist in Charlotte, NC, on-site to service fleet customers and dealers. You will be the single point of contact for inquiries and requests, ensuring timely follow-up to minimize financial risk and uphold compliance.

Responsibilities include preparing modification documents, auditing responses, handling inquiries via mail/email/cases/phone, updating billing, and collaborating with internal teams to maintain tax and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Education: high school diploma required; BA/BS preferred.
• Experience: 3–5 years total; at least 1 year in collections, 1 year in compliance, 2 years in customer service, 1 year in remarketing.
• Technical: proficiency with Microsoft Word for documents and portfolio maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare documents for account modifications: lease renewals, rewrites, extensions, and restructures.
• Audit returned documents for completeness and update in the portfolio system.
• Respond to inquiries via mail, email, cases and phone; process payoffs, insurance loss, and endorsements.
• Maintain consolidated billing numbers and provide contract copies.
• Collaborate with partners to ensure policy compliance and assist tax with account taxation and exemptions.
• Review unapplied payments daily and research posting instructions.
• Coordinate account dispositions and title releases with asset recovery.
• Manage maturing leases and contact customers about lease-end options.
