Job summary

You will serve as a single point of contact for inquiries, coordinate lease‑modification documents, and ensure regulatory compliance across the portfolio.

Responsibilities include handling account inquiries, processing payments, and coordinating with the ART department to release titles and finalize dispositions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma; BA/BS preferred.
• 3-5 years of overall work experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare legal documents for account modifications and audit upon return.
• Respond to inquiries by mail, email, cases, and phone; provide account updates.
• Ensure compliance and minimize risk through accurate processing and cross-department coordination.
• Review unapplied payments daily and coordinate postings with the ART department.
• Manage maturing leases and discuss end-of-lease options with customers.
• Collaborate with internal partners to ensure timely tax handling and document processing.
