Cox Automotive seeks a Manager of Fleet Client Services to lead the scheduling team across a regional market, primarily NJ/Philly/Long Island. You will grow a portfolio of Fleet Maintenance clients, drive revenue, and ensure high technician efficiency and client satisfaction.

Travel up to 40% is required; strong leadership and relationship-building are essential. Responsibilities include sales collaboration, escalations handling, and aligning Cox's products to client needs while fostering safety

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 6+ years in account management and client engagement.
At least 1 year in a management or leadership role.
Travel required: up to 40% and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Lead scheduling team to optimize work volumes and staffing for client projects.
Grow a portfolio of Fleet Maintenance clients and drive revenue while maintaining client satisfaction.
Act as escalation point for complex customer issues.
Collaborate with national and regional Sales teams to maximize client value.
Meet annual sales targets and monitor customer churn metrics.
Communicate with Field Operations to align on client account changes.
Provide leadership and direction to scheduling teams coordinating services for clients.
Align Cox Automotive's products to client needs to ensure client success.
