• Ability to follow established systems while applying own leadership style.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of a busy full-service restaurant.
• Maintain and execute established systems, processes, and service standards.
• Oversee sales, labor, scheduling, inventory, and restaurant financials.
• Recruit, train, and retain top hospitality talent.
• Work closely with culinary and restaurant leadership.
• Maintain high standards around service, hospitality, and operational execution.
• Build relationships with guests and create a strong local following.
• Ensure the restaurant consistently delivers on group standards.
