Job summary

MSX International in the United States seeks a Fixed Operations Field Specialist to assess dealership Fixed Operations, identify Express Service opportunities, and coach dealer teams to maximize throughput and revenue.

You will travel up to 80% within your territory, guiding installation, training, and adoption of the Express Service model, while building partnerships with dealership staff and Customer Experience teams to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in automotive Fixed Operations, with Express Service or Quick Lube background.
• Proven ability to coach, train, and influence dealership personnel.
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable interpreting KPIs and Repair Order data.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage extensive travel.
• Confidence in engaging with all levels of dealership staff.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Home base within assigned territory and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to travel up to 80% (driving and flights, with overnights).
• GED is required
