Job summary

MSX International is seeking a Connected Services Field Coach to work with assigned dealerships, driving activation and sales of connected vehicle services. You will coach, consult, and support dealership teams to improve customer experiences and performance.

In this field-based role, you’ll travel extensively, deliver high-impact coaching, analyze performance metrics, and collaborate with client field representatives to meet regional goals and drive sustainable processes.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Proficient in using CRM and other sales-related software.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging coaching sessions focused on connected services sales and activation.
• Partner with dealership leadership to optimize connected services processes.
• Train dealership personnel on the Dealer Rewards Portal and OTP opportunities.
• Lead monthly performance reviews with client Zone Teams, sharing best practices.
