Camping World seeks a Fixed Operations Director to lead the Service Center, driving profitability and delivering the highest level of customer satisfaction. You will support and manage Service Manager(s) while building a high-performing team of technicians, service advisors, and support staff.

You will oversee P&L, labor cost control, vendor relations, and safety, with a focus on growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a high-volume service center.
• Strong ability to drive profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Proficient in reading and analyzing P&L reports.
• Proficient in dealership software systems (ADP, IDS, Reynolds & Reynolds).

Responsibilities

• Support and manage Service Manager(s) as part of Fixed Operations.
• Drive profitability through sales, gross profit, and labor cost control.
• Build and develop a high-performing team of technicians and advisors.
• Maintain a safe, functional working environment and meet budgets.
