Ideal candidates bring 2-5 years in fixed income operations, expertise in trade lifecycle, and strong Excel/Python/SQL skills to improve reporting and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent background and experience.
• 2-5 years in financial services with fixed income operations and settlements.
• Operational expertise in Settlements, Trade Lifecycle, Reconciliations, and Corporate Actions.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with custodians to settle purchases, wires, and related activities.
• Monitor trade settlements and coordinate to resolve issues with counterparties.
• Confirm settlements and cash flows with custodian and counterparties.
• Keep management informed of current settlement status and issues.
• Coordinate with accounting to ensure information for booking transactions.
