Job summary

Marex is seeking an experienced Fixed Income Operations professional to support full life cycle activities across credit and rates trading. You will collaborate with Front Office, monitor trades, and drive efficiency across multiple systems, including Pershing NetX360 and Broadridge platforms.

The role emphasizes strong regulatory compliance, risk awareness, and cross-functional teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Experience in Fixed Income and prime brokerage is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a financial institution.
• Experience with Fixed Income trading and prime brokerage.
• Familiarity with Fedwire, DTCC clearing, and international settlements.
• Strong communication and regulatory/compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Work with Front Office to ensure accurate processing of credit and rates trades.
• Monitor and resolve unaffirmed trades, street-side breaks, and failed trades.
• Oversee team processes and identify efficiency improvements.
• Track and test issues across internal systems and vendor systems.
• Support Fixed Income Prime Brokerage activities, including cash projections and settlements.
• Review daily controls across credit and rates vendor systems.
• Escalate risk events and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
