Job summary

Atria Senior Living’s Coterie brand seeks a Concierge to deliver five-star service in a luxury senior living community. You will greet residents and guests, coordinate requests, and maintain a warm, welcoming environment.

You’ll work with staff to manage transportation, reservations, and daily operations, ensuring excellent hospitality, safety, and support for residents and visitors. Vaccination is required where mandated; training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 years related experience.
• Must be fully vaccinated and provide vaccination record at time of hire.
• Basic First Aid and CPR certification where required.
• Must successfully complete all Atria specified training programs.
• Strong communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of computers and technology.
• Ability to effectively problem solve.
• Ability to work various schedules and shifts as needed.
• Ability to operate telephone, emergency call system, monitoring board or beeper, photocopier.

Responsibilities

• Create a Welcoming & Caring First Impression.
• Handle all resident and guest interactions with hospitality and professionalism.
• Know local businesses and provide directions or personalized services based on preferences.
• Assist with maintenance and appearance of the property, including entrances and common areas.
• Serve as the point of contact for all resident requests and ensure tasks are recorded and fulfilled promptly.
• Coordinate transportation scheduling and reservations; assist residents with excursions and appointments.
• Communicate effectively with team members to provide five-star service.
• May drive the company vehicle for community events if required.
