Job summary

Atria Senior Living in Tarzana, CA seeks a Concierge to provide resident services, coordinate deliveries, and connect residents with staff. You will help arrange transportation, answer questions about activities, and ensure the lobby is welcoming.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1-3 years related experience preferred.
• Basic First Aid and CPR certification where required.
• Must complete all listed training programs.
• Ability to read, write simple notes, and communicate with residents.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and handle money as needed.
• Flexible to work various shifts.
• Proficient with telephone and emergency call systems.
• Operating photocopier and monitoring board.

Responsibilities

• Serve as point of contact for resident requests and calls.
• Coordinate services for residents and families.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and assist new residents.
• Provide local store, attraction, and service information.
• Ensure lobby areas, restrooms are clean and welcoming.
• Coordinate transportation schedule and appointments.
• Act as liaison between dining room and residents.
• Supervise front desk staff and drivers if needed.
• Occasionally drive company vehicle when required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
