You will warmly greet residents and guests, assist with directions and personalized services, and ensure the lobby and common areas are well maintained, while coordinating transportation when needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1–3 years related experience.
• Fully vaccinated and provide vaccination record.
• Basic First Aid and CPR certification where required.
• Must complete Atria specified training programs.
• Strong communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of computers and technology.
• Ability to work various schedules and shifts.
• Operate telephone, emergency call system, monitoring board or beeper, photocopier.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome every resident and guest to the community.
• Handle all resident and guest interactions with hospitality and professionalism.
• Provide directions to local staples or attractions and offer personalized services.
• Assist with maintenance and appearance of the lobby and common spaces.
• Serve as point of contact for all resident requests and log tasks in hospitality software.
• Coordinate transportation schedules and RSVP to community events as needed.
• May drive the company vehicle when required by the community.
• Perform other duties as needed.
