Coterie Senior Living - Cathedral Hill is seeking a friendly Concierge to deliver exceptional five-star service to residents and visitors at our luxury community in San Francisco. You will act as the main contact for requests, coordinate transportation, and help maintain a welcoming environment.

Ideal candidates bring a high school diploma or GED, basic computer skills, and strong hospitality-oriented communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be fully vaccinated and provide vaccination record.
• Basic First Aid and CPR certification where required.
• Must complete all training programs specified by the company.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Basic knowledge of computers and technology.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, five-star service environment for residents and guests.
• Serve as single point of contact for service requests.
• Greet residents and guests and anticipate needs with hospitality.
• Coordinate maintenance and appearance of public areas like lobby and restrooms.
• Record and fulfill resident requests promptly using hospitality software.
• Coordinate transportation scheduling and schedule activities with residents.
• Communicate clearly with team members to ensure seamless service.
