Job summary

Coterie Senior Living in San Francisco seeks a Concierge to deliver five-star hospitality to residents and guests. You will warmly welcome visitors, handle service requests, coordinate transportation, and support daily operations to maintain a luxurious living environment.

Responsibilities include documenting requests, communicating with teams, and ensuring timely responses. A strong communication mindset, basic computer skills, and flexibility across shifts are essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1–3 years related experience.
• Must be fully vaccinated and provide vaccination record.
• Basic First Aid and CPR certification where required.
• Must complete all Atria specified training programs.
• Strong communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of computers and technology.
• Ability to effectively problem solve.
• Ability to work various schedules and shifts as needed.
• Ability to operate telephone, emergency call system, monitoring board or beeper, photocopier.

Responsibilities

• Create a Welcoming & Caring First Impression by warmly greeting residents and guests.
• Handle interactions with hospitality and professionalism; know local services.
• Assist in maintaining appearance of entrance, lobby and common spaces.
• Serve as point of contact for all resident requests and record tasks in hospitality software.
• Respond promptly, escalate issues when needed, and coordinate mail/delivery items.
• Coordinate transportation schedules and assist residents with arrangements.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure five-star service.
• May drive company vehicle when required; perform other duties as needed.
