Spotlight29 Casino in Coachella, California is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead all daily operations and deliver our Five-Star Experience. You will train staff, maintain service standards, and manage budgets across restaurant, bar, and banquet venues.

You will oversee beverage controls, POS systems, scheduling, and compliance with safety regulations while coordinating with directors and supervisors to optimize guest satisfaction and financial performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of supervisory/management experience in F&B.
• Must pass periodic random drug screens.
• Must pass background suitability investigation and Tribal Gaming License.
• Must provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Food & Beverage Department.
• Coach and develop staff; lead daily stand-up meetings and coaching sessions.
• Monitor budgets, costs, and beverage controls to stay within financial targets.
• Coordinate menus, dining room, bar, and banquet operations with other departments.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and service standards.
