Camarillo Fitness is hiring a Sales Associate to be the welcoming face of the studio, guiding prospects through memberships and handling sales. You will help manage renewals and retail product sales while maintaining accurate records and delivering an outstanding member experience.

Qualifications

• Passion for health, fitness and helping others achieve goals.
• Strong sales skills in a goal-driven environment (fitness or retail preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting.
• Comfortable using basic computer software (Microsoft Office, email, etc.).
• Flexibility to work on weekdays, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Positive, proactive attitude and a desire to grow within CamFit.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact—welcoming members and guests with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Guide prospects through studio tours and membership options.
• Drive studio growth by achieving sales goals in memberships, renewals, and retail products.
• Maintain accurate records using Orangetheory’s established sales systems.
• Handle inbound calls, follow-ups, and customer care outreach.
• Support daily studio operations and ensure an exceptional member experience.
• Collaborate with coaches and fellow team members to foster a high-energy, team-first environment.
