Job summary

Camarillo Fitness, operating CamFit studios, is seeking energetic Sales Associates to be the welcoming face at the front desk and drive membership sales. You will greet members, guide tours, and promote memberships while maintaining CRM records and delivering an outstanding member experience.

The role requires strong communication, sales drive, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced fitness setting. Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays is common.

Qualifications

• Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve goals.
• Strong sales skills in a goal-driven environment (fitness or retail preferred).
• Excellent communication skills—written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting.
• Comfortable using basic computer software (Microsoft Office, email, etc.).
• Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Positive, proactive attitude and a desire to grow within CamFit.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact—welcoming members and guests with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Guide prospects through studio tours and membership options.
• Drive studio growth by achieving sales goals in memberships, renewals, and retail products.
• Maintain accurate records using Orangetheory’s established sales systems.
• Handle inbound calls, follow-ups, and customer care outreach.
• Support daily studio operations and ensure an exceptional member experience.
• Collaborate with coaches and fellow team members to foster a high-energy, team-first environment.
