Camarillo Fitness is seeking energetic Sales Associates to be the face of the studio, greeting members and guiding them through membership options. You will drive sales across memberships, renewals, and retail products, while maintaining accurate records and delivering exceptional customer care.

The role emphasizes a friendly, proactive attitude, strong communication, and teamwork to create a high-energy environment that supports members’ health goals.

Qualifications

• Strong sales skills and ability to hit sales goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using basic computer software (Microsoft Office, email, etc.).
• Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact—welcoming members and guests with a friendly, positive attitude
• Guide prospects through studio tours and membership options
• Drive studio growth by achieving sales goals in memberships, renewals, and retail products
• Maintain accurate records using established sales systems
• Handle inbound calls, follow-ups, and customer care outreach
• Support daily studio operations and ensure an exceptional member experience
• Collaborate with coaches and team members to foster a high-energy, team-first environment
