Camarillo Fitness is seeking energetic Sales Associates to be the friendly face of the studio, greeting members, guiding tours, and driving memberships and retail sales. You’ll use established sales tools and CRM workflows to close deals and ensure a smooth guest experience.

Qualifications

• Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals.
• Strong sales skills in a goal-driven environment (fitness or retail).
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting.
• Comfortable using basic computer software (Microsoft Office, email, etc.).
• Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Positive, proactive attitude with growth potential in CamFit.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact—welcoming members and guests with a friendly, positive attitude
• Guide prospects through studio tours and membership options
• Drive studio growth by achieving sales goals in memberships, renewals, and retail products
• Maintain accurate records using Orangetheory’s established sales systems
• Handle inbound calls, follow-ups, and customer care outreach
• Support daily studio operations and ensure an exceptional member experience
• Collaborate with coaches and fellow team members to foster a high-energy, team-first environment
