Qualifications

• Passion for health, fitness and helping others achieve goals.
• Strong sales skills; goal-driven environment experience preferred (fitness or retail).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting.
• Comfortable using basic computer software (MS Office, email).
• Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Positive attitude with desire to grow within CamFit community.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact; greet members and guests.
• Guide prospects through studio tours and membership options.
• Drive studio growth by achieving sales goals in memberships, renewals, and retail products.
• Maintain accurate records using Orangetheory's established sales systems.
• Handle inbound calls, follow-ups, and customer care outreach.
• Support daily studio operations and ensure an exceptional member experience.
• Collaborate with coaches and team members to foster a high-energy, team-first environment.
