Orangetheory Fitness, through Empire Portfolio Group, seeks a Sales Manager in New Jersey to drive memberships, welcome new guests, and maintain top-tier customer experiences. You will partner with the studio team to reach monthly revenue targets and participate in local marketing efforts.

The role emphasizes energetic outreach, relationship building, and achieving KPI-driven results in a fast-paced fitness studio environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the fitness realm.

Responsibilities

• Lead outreach, conversion, and generation of leads.
• Greet everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge.
• Give studio tours to prospective members.
• Sell memberships to help the studio meet monthly goals.
• Follow up with prospective members to convert interest.
• Handle member concerns professionally with a focus on resolution.
• Participate in marketing and outreach events and initiatives.
• Work with manager to hit monthly KPI’s.
• Cross-train with Operations Manager to assist with facility issues (maintenance/cleanliness).
